"On 27th of January at 7.25am I had an order for
a fruit tree from a customer in Australia. My invoice was sent and paid
one hour
later. The fruit tree gift, a cherry tree, was delivered to her partner's house here in
England by noon the same day! It's not always possible to act so quickly
but I always make that extra effort as I believe striving to offer the
very best service is as important as growing the best trees"
Tree Delivery Guide...
I have negotiated a very
competitive rate with my preferred courier. The price quoted is as
charged to jaspertrees.co.uk.
No charge is made
for packing and materials, this is all included in the tree pricing.
As a rule, if the parcel
is under 1.6 metres (approx 5ft 3") I can despatch for as little as
£9.00 +Vat (£10.80) and can sometimes despatch up to 5 trees for this rate.
For parcels over 1.6
metres (approx 5ft 3") it's possible to despatch from £11.00 +Vat
(£13.20) and again this can in some instances accommodate up to 5 trees.
I offer individual quotes
for larger orders, and happily the charge is often not much higher than
these listed prices.
Of course, certain
postcodes carry a surcharge, for example the Scottish Highlands
(postcode examples are AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PH, PA,) and the Isle of
Wight.
I endeavour to offer the
very best option for you that is both economic but also offers the most
careful handling.
I often deliver using my
own transport, combining deliveries wherever possible to give the best
value.
The courier that I
currently use have dealt with your parcels superbly for the past three
years.
